scalar Enumeration 
This attribute shall specify the power management
mode of the STA. When set to active, it shall indicate
that the station is not in power-save mode. When set
to powersave, it shall indicate that the station is
in power-save mode. The power management mode is
transmitted in all frames according to the rules
in  7.1.3.1.7.
