Enumeration
It is used to enable/disable learning of an ARP entry in the ARP cache based on the received gratuitous ARP packet. If the switch receives a gratuitous ARP request/reply packet and the sender's IP address is in its ARP table, it should update the ARP entry. By default, the state is disabled.
