The number of seconds between  link-state  ad-
vertisement  retransmissions,  for  adjacencies
belonging to this  interface.   This  value  is
also used when retransmitting database descrip-
tion  and  link-state  request  packets.   This
value  should  be well over the expected round-
trip time.
