This object when set to TRUE, clears the following counters
for the ETS Module:
    dF10ETSConfTxTLVCounter,  
    dF10ETSConfRxTLVCounter,
    dF10ETSConfRxTLVErrors,
    dF10ETSRecoTxTLVCounter,
    dF10ETSRecoRxTLVCounter,
    dF10ETSRecoRxTLVErrors.	 
          
Setting this object to FALSE has no effect. 
This object always returns FALSE when read.
