The IP address of the DHCP server.
If this parameter is not configured, the value 0.0.0.0
will be returned.
When BSU is in point to point mode, this parameter is
not applicable and will display 0.0.0.0. Similarly, for
a PacketWave 610 SU and for PacketWave 750 system,
and for SU running in local mode, this object will
display 0.0.0.0.
