enabled. A LLDP frame may be invalid for several reasons,
including:
- invalid MAC header; length or DA fields
- invalid LLDP header; version or flags fields
- invalid LLDP VarBindList ASN.1/BER encoding
- invalid or missing LLDP VarBindList data elements
