The current status of front panel LED, with the folowing format
byte 0	 -> utilization led
byte 1 .. n -> led status for each port, n : total port number
byte n+1	 -> 0xff , end signature
byte n+2,n+3   ->	not use for backwork support
byte n+4	 -> total slot number
byte n+5	 -> slot 1 module type
byte n+6 .. n+6+slot -> swSlotInfoType slot type for each slot
