Whether or not the BGP NLRI for this VPWS will include a
Circuit Status Vector TLV.
              
This is only used when using BGP auto-discovery with BGP
signaling (vpwsConfigADType = bgp and
vpwsConfigSigType = bgp).
              
Changing this value will cause an interruption to data
flow for this VPWS.
