column r/w DC-MASTER-TCNumericIndexOrZero 
The entity index of the instance of the BFD stub to which this
instance of DC-RTM should join.
              
A value of zero indicates that no BFD join is required.
              
If a non-zero value is specified then DC-RTM can only be active
if the corresponding BFD stub is active.
