ospfPmIfDemand

We do not currently support the OSPF demand extension,
so the setting of this parameter is ignored.
              
It indicates whether Demand OSPF procedures (HELLO
suppression to FULL neighbors and setting the
DoNotAge flag on propagated LSAs) should be performed
on this interface.
