mgmdRouterSrcListExpire

This value (when non-zero) indicates the time left prior
to the expiration of the SrcList entry.
              
The value will be zero for entries with either:
-  a filter mode of exclude
-  a statically configured membership (regardless of any
matching learned memberships).
