For configured peers this field has the same value as
bgpPeerRemotePort for the corresponding row in the BGP peer
configuration table (bgpPeerTable).
              
For dynamic peers this field is zero.
              
The bgpPeerStatusSelRemotePort field shows the remote port
actually in use.
