The remote address for the peering session.
              
For configured peers this field has the same value as
bgpPeerRemoteAddr for the corresponding row in the BGP peer
configuration table (bgpPeerTable).
              
For dynamic peers this field is the address of the BGP peer
as determined from the incoming connection.
