The number of times a received prefix has been denied, and
therefore not installed in the Adj-RIB-In, due to
well-known community checks.
              
This applies to routes learned from a bilateral eBGP peer
that contain the NOPEER community.
              
When additional paths are enabled, routes with different
path ID values count as different prefixes.
