This field is now deprecated - use
bgpPeerStatusIdleHoldRemTime instead.
              
For a peer in 'idle' state, the time remaining in
hundredths of a second until DC-BGP will try to reactivate
the connection.  If the peer is not in 'idle' state, this is
set to zero.
