learned from.  If bgpNlriPrefixPeerOrAfm is peer, this field
is equivalent to a bgpPeerStatusPeerIndex.  If
bgpNlriPrefixPeerOrAfm is afm, this field is equivalent to a
bgpRmAfmJoin.  If bgpNlriPrefixPeerOrAfm is no-index, this
field is set to 0.
