prefixes only.  When configuring prefix lists you should use
the aallPreAccessListTable instead.
          
The table of DC-BGP IP Prefix Lists.
          
If the IP prefix list is not associated with a specific
route map entry then bgpRouteMapIndex is zero and
bgpRouteMapNumber is used to reference the IP prefix list.
