Description: 
There are too many disks reporting read errors in the same RAID group.
As each of these disks completes reconstruction it will be failed.
If the ongoing RAID reconstruction fails, there might be permanent loss of data.
          
Action: 
Contact your contracted support provider or visit us online at https://support.emc.com to determine the number of drives that need to be replaced.
