Description:
BMC firmware is not responsive.
Action:
Use CLI or Enterprise Manager to check fan, voltage, and power supply readings.
If the system fails to fetch the readings, gracefully shut down the system and pull out all power cables to reset BMC.
Wait until all LEDS are off. Reinsert the power cables and then power the system up.
If problem persists, contact your contracted support provider or visit us online at https://support.emc.com.
