Description:
BMC is unresponsive or unable to access some required information. This may be corrected by a BMC reset procedure. If the condition is serious, the file system will be disabled.

Action:
Shut the system down and remove all external power sources from the controller.
Remove the system battery backup unit (BBU).
Wait until all LEDs are off, reinsert the BBU, connect external power, and then power the system up.
