Description:
BMC is unresponsive or unable to access some required information. This may be corrected by a BMC reset procedure. If the condition is serious, the file system will be disabled.
Action:
Shut the system down and pull out all power cables from the controller to reset BMC.
Wait until all LEDs are off, reinsert the power cables, and then power the system up.
