The PCI Extended Slot Information.
This is a set of flags indicating extended features for the
PCI slot. Each bit has the following meaning when it is
set (1):
Bit 0: Extended SCSI PCI Slot
Bit 1: PCI-X capable
Bits 2-31: reserved (set to 0)
NOTE: bit 31 is the most significant bit, bit 0 is the least
significant.
