This is a data structure containing the list of tape drive ids
that are present in this library.  The format is:
              
  BYTE    Controller Number
  BYTE    Bus Number
  BYTE    SCSI ID
  BYTE    Logical Unit Number
              
There will be 1 structure for each drive present in the library.
