IDE Logical Drive Spare ID list.
              
This lists the ATA disks drive IDs which are possible spares for
this logical drive. These are the same IDs which can be used as
indices into the ATA disk table (cpqIdeAtaDiskIndex). Each byte
of the string is an index.
