This implementation's support for diversity, encoded as:
              
X'01': Diversity is available and is performed over the fixed
       list of antennas defined in
       coDot11DiversitySelectionRx.
              
X'02': Diversity is not supported.
              
X'03': Diversity is supported and control of diversity is also
       available, in which case the attribute
       coDot11DiversitySelectionRx can be dynamically modified
       by the LME.
