NOTE: If extEthernetfInterfaceDHCPv6Enabled is currently disabled, Disabling
extEthernetInterfaceIPv6StatelessAutoConfigEnabled will cause extEthernetInterfaceIPv6AutoIPConfigEnabled
to be disabled.
