Blade module topology path. This field will have a
topology location when a blade is a storage blade or
a blade defined with a sub chassis. If the blade is defined
with a primary slot location by using the scalar
bladePowerTrendingBladeId, 'not applicable' will be
displayed in the bladePowerTrendingSampleTopologyId.
