Show or modifie current subnet mask of the blade network interface. Note that only if the bladeIPv4ConfigPhysicalLinkStatus is 'up(1)' and the bladeIPv4ConfigDHCPEnable is not 'useDhcp(1)', should the IP address be pushed down to blade System Management Processor.
