completed successfully (reply_data stat is SUCCESS).
The POS should state if a power cycle causes the counter
is be reset to zero.
Additional information:
Reset to the factory default value after a power cycle.
		Returns <noSuchName> status if
		attempting to access this object and there is no storage
		device is installed.
