       Additional information:
       Replaces PML OUTBINn-NAME.  
       		The characters must be in the range 20H to 7FH except 5C. 
       		When this string is displayed on the control panel the 
       		Roman-8 symbol set is used.  
       		The object for bin 2 is not available when the HCO is attached.
