Enables or disables device isolation. A value 
of true means that the devices connected to the 
Access Point are isolated from all other devices 
within the home network (as is typically the case 
for a Wireless Passpoint). This object is defined 
in TR-181 
Device.WiFi.AccessPoint{i}.IsolationEnable.
