The value of the 'pktcEUEDevPCSCFAddrType' object MUST not be modified while this object is 'active'. The value of 'pktcEUEDevPCSCFAddr' MAY be modified while this object is active if the value is consistent with the type specified by the 'pktcEUEDevPCSCFAddrType' object.
