Object
This is the 'max-time' SIP Registration Recovery Timer as defined in RFC 5626. Please refer to the PacketCable IMS Delta Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) and Session Description Protocol (SDP), Stage 3 Specification 3GPP TS 24.229, and RFC 5626 for more information. If the protocol used for a SIP Session is UDP this value is used for SIP Timer D, otherwise is ignored.
