Object
This is the 'base-time (if all have not failed)' SIP Registration Recovery Timer as defined in RFC 5626. Please refer to the PacketCable IMS Delta Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) and Session Description Protocol (SDP), Stage 3 Specification 3GPP TS 24.229, and RFC 5626 for more information. If the protocol used for a SIP Session is UDP this value is used for SIP Timer D, otherwise is ignored.
