The IP address of a DNS server associated with
the domain name indicated by the primary index  
'pktcEUEDevOpIndex', for the instance indicated
by the secondary index 'pktcEUEDevDnsIndex'.
In the case this object is empty the eUE MUST use
the DNS servers obtained via the DHCP process during  
provisioning.
