An entry (conceptual row) in the rlCdpSecondaryCacheAddressTable, containing the list of network-layer addresses of a neighbor interface, as reported in the Address TLV of the most recently received CDP message and stored in the secondary cache. Entries are available only when CDP is globally enabled, for interfaces on which CDP is enabled and the interface state is UP.
