This object specifies the XGCP profile in the media
gateway level.
              
The value of 0 means the XGCP default profile is
used in the media gateway level.
              
If the value of ccasIfExtVoiceCfgCcntrlProfile is 0,
then the endpoint uses the profile specified in this 
object.
