for clear channel allowed values are 10 and 20
for G.726 at rate 16 kbps allowed values
are 10 ,20 30 & 40
for G.726 at rate 24 kbps allowed values
are 10 ,20 30 & 40
for G.726 at rate 40 kbps allowed values
are 10 ,20 30 & 40
for G.723 family allowed values are
30 & 60. Default is 30.
for Lossless allowed values are 10 and 20
