This object contains average duration of time taken by SMB
Application Optimizer to process all remote requests since it
was started.
          
Discontinuities in the value of this counter can occur at
re-initialization of the SMB AO. The last discontinuity time is
indicated by the value of cwoAoStatsLastResetTime for the SMB
AO.
