scalar SNMPv2-SMICounter64 
This object contains the total number of Layer 4 (L4) optimized
signed bytes read from WAN by SMB Application Optimizer since
the SMB Application Optimizer was started. L4 optimization
comprises of TFO, DRE and LZ optimizations.
          
Discontinuities in the value of this counter can occur at
re-initialization of the SMB AO. The last discontinuity time is
indicated by the value of cwoAoStatsLastResetTime for the SMB
AO.
