This variable contains the next unused channel number of the possible 248. This number can be used in channel config table. cesChanNumNextAvailable gets updated whenever this number is used to create a new logical channel. Value 0 for this variable indicates that no more channels are available. In CESM 8-port card), the maximum number of values for this variable is 248 (i.e. 32 ..279). Only applicable to CESM-8T1/E1/T3/E3.
