Object

notification 
If RSRP goes below cwceLteRsrpOnsetNotifThreshold
and the service bit in cwceLteRsrpOnsetNotifFlag
is set, this notification will be generated. Object
cwceLteRsrpOnsetNotifFlag will indicate which service
generates this notification and the associated RSRP
will be reported in cwceLteNotifRsrp. Please
note that cwceLteNotifRsrp is used to indicate
the RSRP value that triggers the notification,
user should go to the
corresponding radio table to get the current RSRP
value.
