The number of calls that passed successfully the
CAC function.
For example, CAC functionality is applied either
due to:
1) The CRCX message sent to Voice Gateway from the
Call Agent to set up a new connection OR AAL2
trunking application.
or
2) Upspeed request due to Fax/modem tone detection
on a connection configured for compression.
For the initial version of Alabama release,
only case 2 is valid.
