The VSAN membership summary table. vsanIfTable provides
static VSAN membership of each of the interfaces whereas
cdpvmDynPortsTable provides dynamic VSAN membership.
This table lists all interfaces which are
statically or dynamically assigned to VSANs on
the local device.
