column r/w SNMPv2-TCTruthValue 
The InorderDelivery guarantee flag for the local 
switch on this VSAN.
If the value of the object is 'true', then the 
in-order delivery is guaranteed. If 'false', it is not
guaranteed.
When the value of fcInorderDelivery is changed, the 
value of this object will be set to the new value of 
that object.
