The Error_Detect_Timeout Value used for FxPorts
as the timeout value for detecting an error
condition.
Note that all switches in a VSAN should be
configured with the same value of this timeout.
Note that value of this object must be less than
value of vsanFcTimerDstov.
If the corresponding VSAN administrative state is
'active', then the 'SET' operation on this object
results in error. However to force the value of
'Error Detect Timeout Value', when the VSAN
administrative state is 'active', the corresponding
instance of 'vsanFcTimerForceFlag' bit position 1 should
be set.
