If the corresponding VSAN administrative state is
'active', then the 'SET' operation on this object
results in error. However to force the value of
'Distributed Services Timeout Value', when the VSAN
administrative state is 'active', the corresponding
instance of 'vsanFcTimerForceFlag' bit position 2
should be set.
