The value of this object will be used for CAC (Call Admission Control) processing, and will determine whether an upspeed request can be accepted or not on the Multi-CID SVC. The 'cvapSvcMultiCIDCACPCR' must be greater than or equal to 'cvapSvcMultiCIDCACSCR'.
