Object

notification 
This notification indicates that the system failed to receive 
a heartbeat from a specific peer. The notification is sent 
when srcpPeerTimeSinceHeartbeat crosses the 
srcpPeerHeartbeatInterval threshold.
The value of vismTrapIntIndex1 gives the value of srcpPeerId.
