This object refers to the talk-spurts duty cycle.
The unit is in percentage.
When the value of this object is to be passed
to underlying CAC module in VISM this value has to
be divided by 100.
This causes the actual range of this object to be
0.01 to 0.99 and not 0.01 to 1.00 as specified in
the range of values above. Since a value of 100
will cause a floating point exception, this value
is disallowed.
The default value is 0.61 and since we cannot
have fractions in a MIB variable the value
is being multiplied by 100 and is expressed as
61.
This object will be applicable in case of AAL2
SVCs where the user does not add a PVC and also
this object will be applicable if the per PVC
level object vismChanVADDutyCycle(defined in
CISCO-VISM-CAC-MIB MIB) is configured to have a
value of zero.
Configuring this object will not have any affect
when card level CAC is disabled (vismCacEnable).
